Currently owned by Frédéric and Laurent Féry, Domaine Jean Féry is a family-run winery located in the beautiful village of Échevronne between Beaune and Nuits-Saint- Georges. The vineyards span over 14 hectares (34 acres) from the north to the south of Burgundy in famous appellations.
🌱 The Domaine has long banned chemicals from the vineyards and winemaking because of their philosophy - to obtain uncontaminated, authentic grapes, nourished solely by their terroirs and to make wines that reflect these terroirs. To show their dedication in strictly following organic practises, from 2008, they started to convert all the vineyards to organic principles. All vineyards have been certified organic since 2011.
This wine shows the taut, nervy side of the appellation. That means it needs to age, softening the acidity and bringing out the wood aging and riper white fruits.
