Tasting Notes

Light pink salmon colour. Nice aromatic on the nose, with notes of red currant, cherries, figs, rose, and cured meats with pepper. The mouthfeel is refreshing and textured. Fresh red fruits and watermelon flavours. The finish has good lenght with peppery and mineral notes.
