Deep amber colour. Complex nose perfumed with prunes, caramel, coffee and vanilla. The palate is ample and sweet, complex, with a very long finish.

Champagne Gaidoz-Forget, 'Cuvée Bertille' 2012

Pale yellow colour and gentle thin bubbles. Its sweet and slaty nose where ripe apricots and salted butter caramel meet mandarin and vine peach underlined by a bourbon vanilla. Ample and spicy palate, with notes of peach pastries and citrusy marzipan, with a long complex finish.

Château Haut-Courey, Haut-Médoc AOC 2012

Moderate red garnet colour. The nose is delicate, evolve on beautiful tertiary aromas of dried rose, red fruit and dusty earthiness. This mid-weight Bordeaux has soft tannins and great freshness. Cooked red fruit mingles with meaty mushroomy flavours, and an smooth finish en finesse.
